Non-Airport Pick Ups (Home, Office, Train Stations etc).

Our driver will call or text you when he is at the pickup point and guide you to his/her vehicle. First 10 min waiting is complimentary. Kindly check the waiting time charges in Terms and Conditions Menu.

Airport Pick Ups

With Meet and Greet Service.

• We provide MEET & GREET service with 45 Minute Complimentary waiting time.
• Delayed flights, no problem. The controllers at the main office will monitor for any flight delays and will send your taxi or minibus to arrive at the airport once your flight has landed, saving you loads in waiting time charges.
• Our driver will ring/text you on your mobile number to inform you that he is waiting at the arrival’s hall giving your extra peace of mind.
• Your driver will be waiting in a designated area in Arrivals Hall with a welcome board displaying your name. He will escort you to your vehicle and assist you with your luggage.
• Rest assured we will do everything we can to ensure that your booking and transfer are conducted as smoothly as possible.

Without Meet and Greet Service.
Normal Kerbside Pickup will no longer be allowed at Any of the three Manchester Airport Terminals starting from June 2018. All Pickups at the airport will have to be booked with Meet and Greet Service.

Airport Drop Off.

• Manchester Airport is scrapping its free” Kiss and Fly” Drop off Zones outside all its terminals.
• Passengers can be dropped off in two ways at Manchester Airport.
1. Via Express Drop off Zone just outside the terminals. This will be at an cost of extra £4.50 per drop off to be paid by the customer directly to the driver.
2. Drop off in Free zone located at Jet Parks 1 Located around 1 mile away from the Terminals. Free Shuttle buses will then bring you into the terminals. This can add another 10-15 minutes to your journey so please plan ahead.
